Title 1 Federal Program

Fink, Kunkel and Reid Elementary Schools, and Middletown Area Middle School qualify as Title 1 schools. Title 1 is a 100% Federally-funded supplemental education program that provides financial assistance to local educational agencies to improve educational opportunities for students at qualifying schools.

HOW TO ACCESS MATERIALS TO HELP YOUR CHILD AT HOME:

Each elementary school has a lending library that provides games and learning resources in math and reading. The materials may be requested by parents or students for use at home. Simply click on your school's Resource Library to get started.
