Middletown Area School District is committed to serving our community by offering the use of our facilities. While we try to accommodate most requests, The primary purpose of the facilities and grounds of the Middletown Area School District is to support the District’s educational, interscholastic athletic, extracurricular, and school-sponsored programs.
District facilities and grounds may also be made available for appropriate community use when such use:
1. Does not interfere with or disrupt District programs, activities, or operations.
2. Does not create an unreasonable risk to students, staff, property, or the public.
3. Is consistent with this policy, District administrative procedures, and applicable law.
4. Has been approved by the Superintendent or designee, or by the Board when Board approval is required under this policy.
Use of District facilities is a privilege and not a right. The District reserves the right to approve, deny, modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel any requested or previously approved use when necessary to protect the interests of the District.
Facility use requests must be made through the Facilities Management System (FMX).
