The Rothrock Foundation hosted their 3rd Annual Bill Darrah Memorial Golf Tournament on Sunday, June 26, 2022. The tournament, which was held at Sunset Golf Course, raised $10,000 for the Middletown Area High School Arts & Communications Department. Bill Darrah was an avid photographer in the Middletown community and could be seen taking photos at many of Middletown’s sporting events. He shared his photos free of charge with families who requested copies. Bill also donated his photographs to be used in the school’s yearbook.
The money that was raised will be used to enrich student activities at Middletown Area High School. The District wishes to thank the Rothrock Foundation for providing this event to raise money for our students in memory of a man who impacted so many.
