Mr. Mark Mohar, MAMS Math Teacher, was selected by his peers as the 2022 MASD Teacher of the Year. Mr. Mohar is known for his quiet, gentle spirit and his care for his students. Combine all that with a dry sense of humor and you'll understand why Mr. Mohar has been well-liked by MASD students for the past 22 years. Mohar has a brilliant mathematical mind yet he is able to communicate difficult content to middle schoolers in an understandable way. Mr. Mohar is certainly well-deserving of this honor.
