1. During the 2022-23 school year, the Superintendent will organize the collaborative development and implementation of District goals based on analysis of data from a variety of sources in order to move ALL students toward academic proficiency.
2. During the 2022-23 school year, the Superintendent will communicate a clear vision of academic excellence and continuous instructional improvement consistent with the goals of the school district.
3. During the 2022-23 school year, the Superintendent will implement sound personnel procedures in recruiting, employing, and retaining the best-qualified and most competent teachers, administrators, and other personnel.
4. During the 2022-23 school year, the Superintendent will oversee the administrative efforts on improving the overall safety and security of all school facilities throughout the district.
5. During the 2022-23 school year, the Superintendent will develop and implement a variety of ways to support ALL students social and emotional development as it relates to the creation of a positive school climate and culture.
