Even though the spring sports season is officially underway, two Lady Raider winter athletes are still in competition, chasing state titles.
Freshman bowler Izzabella Dixon recently competed in the Eastern PA Regional Singles Championships, finishing second overall heading into match play. Her performance advances her to the state championship on March 13 and the national competition in June.
Izzabella was also named to the All-Star Team for the second time this season.
Senior swimmer Eliza Artell brought home a silver medal in both the 50 and 100 Freestyle at the PIAA AA District Championships, and will compete at states on March 13.
The Lady Raiders basketball team competed in the first round of the PIAA 5A state playoffs, but lost on Saturday, March 7.
