January is School Director Recognition Month and at the January 21 general business meeting the MASD School Board of Directors were greeted with posters and received handwritten notes and cards of thanks from elementary and middle school students. Each board member also received a certificate created by the Pennsylvania School Boards Association thanking them for ‘dedicated commitment to public education in service to the community.’
