Leroy T. O’Neill
19 Years of Service
Leroy "Roy" O’Neill has served more than 19 years in Middletown Area School District. Roy has been in the position of High School Social Studies Teacher and also served as a substitute Social Studies Department Chair. Outside the classroom, Roy was a head varsity football coach, an assistant jr. high football coach, and was a member of the moving crew for the new high school.
Terri L. O'Neil
32 Years of Service
Terri O’Neil is completing over 32 years of service with the District. As a High School Health & Physical Education Teacher, she also took the opportunity to serve in several Chair positions: Science & Health Pathway Department Chair; Health, PE, & Safety Education Department Chair; Physical Education & Hygiene Department Chair; and Health and Physical Education Department Chair. Terri has also been a substitute teacher, Pathway Coordinator, a High School Receptionist, senior class advisor, and freshman class advisor. Her athletic hats included: Head Gymnastics Coach, Volunteer Girl’s Tennis Coach, and Fall Assistant Athletic Director.
Kevin D. Little
30 Years of Service
Kevin Little has been a part of MASD for over 30 years. Mr. Little has been a Middle School Social Studies Teacher, Middle School Social Studies Chair, Middle School Student Council Co-advisor, National Junior Honor Society Advisor, High School Youth & Government Advisor, National Junior Honor Society Co-Advisor. He also wore several coaching hats: assistant varsity wrestling coach, head wrestling coach, and varsity assistant cross-country coach.
Cheryl A. Friedman
30 Years of Service
Cheryl Friedman has served for 30 years as a Guidance Counselor at various schools: Feaser Middle School, Fink Elementary School, and Middletown Area High School. Cheryl stayed busy outside of her counseling role by serving in several other capacities: Assistant Junior High Field Hockey Coach, High School Field Hockey Coach, Junior High Track Coach, Helpers Advisor, Peer Assistant, Link Crew Advisor and Co-Advisor, Guidance Department Chair, Ophelia Assistant, and MAHS Mini-THON Advisor.
Lori L. Hess
32 Years of Service
Lori Hess has dedicated over 32 years of service to the students of Middletown.
In addition to teaching High School Spanish, Senora Hess served as a World Language Department Chair.

Bob Mongold served the District for over 16 years as a Trades Specialist.
Bob also coached the 9th grade girls’ basketball team.
