Mike is a 1992 graduate of Middletown Area High School. He received a degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice at Alvernia University where he worked as an Admissions Counselor following graduation. He transitioned into juvenile justice and served in Dauphin County Juvenile Probation. In 2002, he joined the Middletown Area Middle School team as School Counselor. In 2007 he returned to the classroom and earned a Master’s of Education in School Counseling at Millersville University. In 2009 he moved into the Career Counselor role at MAHS and a year later served as Assistant Principal. While a School Counselor Mike attended Wilkes University where he received his Principal’s Certification and earned a Master’s in Educational Leadership. In the Fall of 2013 Mike began his first year as principal of Middletown Area High School.
Mike resides in Hershey with his wife, Gina and three children, Olivia, Ford and Ava. Mike enjoys golfing, hunting, coaching baseball and attempting to keep up with his kids.
