Attention Kunkel Parents,
Welcome back to school students, staff, and parents. The students will not be allowed to enter the building until 8:30am on a daily basis, so please do not drop your students off before this time as the doors will be locked. We are looking forward to a new and exciting year at Kunkel Elementary School. There will be some new staff members as well as some new and exciting routines and procedures that the students will learn about during the first day at school. In addition, just another reminder about the new traffic patterns on the campus at Kunkel. If you would like to drop your child off at school without exiting your vehicle you will follow the yellow lines that will take you to the back lobby doors. If you would like to walk your child into the school through the back lobby doors follow the white arrows to the visitor parking spaces. Parents will only be permitted to walk their child into the school and directly to their classroom for the first week of school. After this time parents will not have access unless permission is granted by the office. All car riders will use the back lobby doors to enter the building. The front lobby doors next to the office should only be used if consultation with school personnel is necessary and when studetns arrive late for school.
