Student grading information is maintained in the district’s Student Information System, PowerSchool, and is available for parent and student via the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Parents are encouraged to create an account so that they can monitor their student’s academic progress throughout the year. For parents who do not have access to a computer they will receive a mid-quarter progress report and a quarterly report card. The quarterly report card is a snapshot of the students current year academic achievement as of the end of that marking period. Report cards and progress reports also contain teacher comments to help give our parents a more detailed observation of the student progress that may not be as obvious from the grades alone.
