PA PIRC serves three important roles:
- Providing parents with information about the range of programs and services available to them under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).
- Assisting schools in their work to engage family-school-community partnerships.
- Supporting high-quality early education programs such as those offering Parents as Teachers that help parents in their role as their child’s first teacher and promote school readiness.
Please visit our website at www.center-school.org/pa-pirc where you will find additional information regarding PA PIRC and how it can assist you in your efforts to ensure that all children enter school ready to learn and succeed in school.
